many books out there with lots of misleading information about the markets , its left up to you and your account at the end of the day . did the book also mention that 90% of active traders are LOSERS ? .. may i ask you... if you were just learning to drive a motor car for the first time today , would you take your wife and your yound baby on a 500 miles trip to the country ? or would you first LEARN the art of driving a car, then gain experience by practicing on the back streets of your community. The very same principle applies in the markets , you first LEARN, then you Practice, then you jump in the hot water.. that way you can avoid being amoung the 90% of looooosers... congrats on your winning trade ..
Hi Kwame, it depends of where you are located in the world, in my country the markets opens ( trading starts for the week) at 5:00 pm est. sunday and closes ( trading stops for the week) on friday 5:00pm est. you can trade 24hrsday or night for 5 1/2 days .
i can offer some advice, since you are new to forex why not trade a demo account until you fully understand how the markets really works before you risk losing your capital?
