Hello Joe, no problem, the whole idea is for both of us to get the best out of the market.  While we hope to make the most out of every trade, the market is very difficult to predict and we as traders have absolutely no answer on controlling the market.  We will always try our best for better results no matter what.

As of this morning, we closed EUR/USD with profits of +46 PIPS and the USD/CHF with profits of +37 PIPS. Don't forget to give us a call should you ever have some questions.  We're here to help each other make the best out of the market.  Thank you so much for your valuable feedback.

Ok. I see what happened (I think). From 9/10-9/11/13 there was a liquidation amount of -85.19 with 3 different trades. They closed out before profits could be realized. If it hadn't liquidated I would have made +120. Sorry for the confusion--I'm learning. I made no trades on my own, only Alerts, but not all the Alerts.

Please look at our recent September 2013 detailed reports and compared your results with ours.  Visit: http://www.jdfn.com/page/forex-alerts-performance  Still being down $151, yet we show profits of 432 PIPS for the month does not make any sense whatsoever.  

We would like to help you so please contact us and send over your account reports so we can take a quick look and analyze them for you while taking a closer look at our results as well.  We're assuming you made trades on your own as well during the month of September.  Again, please give us a call at your convenience.

Yes. CORRECTION.  I started out with $1035. I am down at this moment, $151.  I haven't traded all the alerts, just the ones I am able, when I can get to my home computer away from work.

Thanks for your quick response.  I'm sticking with it.  I still have confidence in the Alerts.

Hello Joe, thanks so much for your feedback and concerns.  Per our records, the alerts are down just -13 pips from 9/16 until today's trades(9/30/2013).

Please find below a detail report of our results so you can compare it with yours.  It does not make sense for us to report being down -13pips, yet on your end you're having -$230 so far.  We'd like to analyze your trades and verify to make sure you're following alerts the same way we're trading them.  Thanks!
